Where to stay in Isla Mujeres: choose your area and your space.
The right accommodation starts with your everyday plans. Before choosing a photo you love, decide what you want nearby, how you will get around and how much space your group needs. There is no single best area for every holiday; there is a better fit for the way you want to travel.
Downtown and the northern end
If your priorities are downtown walks and visits to Playa Norte, start by comparing addresses in the northern part of the island. Check the exact route from each accommodation to the places you intend to visit. Ask about access, evening surroundings and transport rather than relying on a broad neighbourhood label.
Colonia Electricistas · a neighbourhood base
Casa Milo and Sirenas Studio are on Calle 16 de Septiembre in Colonia Electricistas, opposite El Varadero. Plan local transport for outings beyond the neighbourhood. Use our registered Google Maps listing to judge the location for yourself. The apartments share a property with José, the caretaker, who lives in a separate apartment.
Considering the southern part of the island?
Start with the address and your daily route. Compare the journeys to the ferry, beaches and meals, and ask the accommodation about access and available transport. A view you love may be worth an extra journey; decide that before you book, especially if you expect to go downtown frequently.
Choose between our two apartments
Sirenas Studio is on the ground floor for one or two guests, with a queen bed, private bathroom and kitchenette. The garden is shared. Casa Milo is upstairs for up to six, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private kitchen and balconies. Stairs are required. Use the photos and 3D floor plans to compare the layouts.
Check the details that affect your group
Children and infants are welcome in both apartments, but neither is adapted for babies. Discuss your family’s needs before booking. Casa Milo accepts pets; Sirenas does not. Check the applicable pet charge for Casa Milo and tell Rocky if you are bringing one.
Book with the full picture
Enter your dates and guest count to review availability, the final total, currency, payment schedule and cancellation terms. Read the conditions of any offer in your quote. If location, access or layout is still unclear, ask Rocky first. Choosing the right apartment matters more than rushing a reservation.
