From Cancún to your island stay.

Arrive in Cancún

If you are flying into Cancún International Airport, arrange a road transfer to the Puerto Juárez passenger ferry terminal. Confirm the terminal with your driver before you set off.

Take the ferry

Choose the Puerto Juárez–Isla Mujeres route. Check current departures and fares with the ferry operator, and leave time for your transfer and boarding.

Continue to Casa Milo

On Isla Mujeres, continue to Calle 16 de Septiembre in Colonia Electricistas, opposite El Varadero. A taxi is a practical option with luggage. Show the driver the address card below and confirm the fare before setting off.

Check ferry service before travelling, especially if your flight arrives late. Schedules and crossings can change with operating or weather conditions.

Which ferry route should I look for?

The route described here is Puerto Juárez to Isla Mujeres. Ultramar also lists departures from other Cancún terminals, so confirm the departure point on your ticket and with your driver.

Are transfers or ferry tickets included?

This page is a planning guide. Arrange and pay for transport separately unless your booking confirmation explicitly includes it.

Can I arrive before check-in?

Check-in starts at 2:00 p.m. If you need an earlier arrival or a late check-in, contact Rocky in advance to confirm what is possible.
