A WELCOME FROM ISLA
Hi, I’m Rocky.
I’m from Isla Mujeres, where my family has its roots. When you book directly with Casa Milo, you can ask me about the apartments and plan the details of your stay with your host.
Let’s plan your stayBefore you book.
How do I use the direct booking offer?
Choose Sirenas Studio or Casa Milo and select a stay of at least 5 nights within an eligible period. In the reservation summary, open “Add a promo code” and enter SIRENAS10 for Sirenas or CASAMILO8 for Casa Milo. Confirm that the discount appears before you complete the booking. If it does not apply, check your dates and apartment or ask Rocky for help.
Is direct booking always the lowest price?
Prices and conditions can vary by date and booking channel. Compare the final total for the same apartment, dates and guests, including fees, taxes and cancellation terms. You can ask Rocky about the direct quote.
Can I book a longer stay?
Yes. The offers apply to eligible stays of 5 nights or more when you enter the correct code. For a stay outside the listed periods or with specific requirements, send Rocky your dates, guest count and preferred apartment. Any separately agreed offer must appear in your quote.
What are the payment and cancellation conditions?
Read the policy displayed for your selected apartment before confirming. The payment schedule and cancellation terms in your booking apply, including to special offers. Contact Rocky first if you need clarification.
